Lifetime Warranty

All PIERCD LDN jewllery is covered by our lifetime warranty.

This warranty covers:

• Discoloration, fading or tarnishing of the metal
• Defective posts and attachments
• Loss of gemstone from its setting
• Breakage due to manufacturing error

The lifetime warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or dents
• Damage from misuse
• Loss of an earring or its components

To make a claim under this warranty, you must provide proof of purchase. Simply contact us with your order details, a description of the issue, and images of the affected earrings. If the issue is covered, we will replace the earrings free of charge.

This lifetime warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
