Insert the stud into your piercing from behind, ensuring that the
flat back stud is positioned behind your piercing and the post is
visible from the front

Insert the thread of the attachment into the post from the front

Turn the attachment clockwise until it tightens. This may require a few turns

(Note: If the attachment feels tight after less than a half turn, it
may not have seated correctly into the post thread, risking the
attachment coming loose
